Custom-Made Items

All custom-made products are made just for you — which means they are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please double-check all details before placing your order. If you have any questions beforehand, feel free to reach out!

Original Artworks

Changed your mind? No problem. Original artworks can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can make it right.
