A: Yes! All the artworks featured on this site are original and one of a kind.

Q: Can I request a custom piece not listed on the website?
A: Absolutely! I love working on custom orders. Just share what you have in mind, and I’d be thrilled to bring it to life.

Q: Do you offer digital versions or prints?
A: At this time, each piece is an original, hand-painted work — no digital versions or reprints. It’s a one-of-a-kind keepsake, made just for your child.

Q: What materials do you use?
A: I paint using high-quality acrylic gouache on 300gsm cold-pressed watercolor paper, and professional acrylics on premium stretched canvas.

Q: Do you provide proofs of the painting for approval before creating the piece?
A: Yes, I can provide a rough digital sketch as a reference for colors and design. If you'd like to receive a proof, please mention it in the notes section when placing your order, along with a valid email or Instagram handle for contact. To ensure timely delivery, proofs must be approved within 24 hours of receipt, and I can accommodate one round of revisions to the sketch.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Since each artwork is made to order and hand-painted by me, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for creation before shipping. I’ll keep you updated on timing, especially if it’s a gift with a deadline. For pre-made original artworks, processing time is 2–3 days before shipment.

Custom-Made Items

All custom-made products are made just for you — which means they are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please double-check all details before placing your order. If you have any questions beforehand, feel free to reach out!

Original Artworks

Changed your mind? No problem. Original artworks can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Please contact us at tinysproutsart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can make it right.
